En una cacerola se pone a calentar la manteca, una vez bien caliente se fríe la carne, ya que estén selladas las piezas de pollo, se agrega el mole, si está muy espeso se agrega más caldo, se agrega sal al gusto, una vez empiece a hervir se comienza a agregar, los chícharos y aceitunas. Se deja hervir por 10 min para que se sazone.
