  21. 1 cucharadita pimienta
  22. 1/2 cucharadita orégano
  23. 1/2 cucharadita comino sazonador de pollo (opcional)
  24. 7 pimienta gordas
  25. 10 pimienta negra
  26. 1 lata grano grande o si lo compran crudo es al gusto

  1. En una olla con suficiente agua  agregar la carne, hueso, espinazo muy limpia  junto con la  media cebolla, sal y la cabeza de ajo poner al fuego y quitar la impureza que se le haga al caldo ya que se retira la impureza
  2. Añadir las especias laurel, pimientas, comino, orégano y dejar hasta que la carne está blandita,
  3. Aparte  poner a que se cuezan los chiles hasta quedar suaves dejar templar
  4. Después licuar junto con un poco más de ajo, cebolla, pimienta sazonador de pollo y el resto de los condimentos ya que la salsa está lista colar y reservar,
  5. Una vez que la carne está blandita incorporar la lata de grano( si es natural se pone juntos con la carne o si lo desean, dejar que se cueza aparte hasta quedar blandito después añadir al caldo con la carne, dejar unos minutos
  6. E incorporar la salsa y dejar hasta que se integren los sabores rectificar sazón y hasta estar al gusto apagar el fuego
  7. Y servir con salsas, cebolla, cilantro, una gotitas de limón o con las verduras de su gusto, es una receta deliciosa se las recomiendo 👌👌👌
