  7. Podés pisar el membrillo y batata o como en mi caso lo llevé al microondasy lo ablandé con tenedor. Colocamos los dulces en la tarta y luego hacemos las tiras para el enrejado esto va a gusto yo usé esta forma
  8. Cuando terminamos elenrejado emprolijamos cortando los sobrantes. Pintamos con huevo y llevamos a horno precalentado 175° de 35' a 40' aprox.
  9. Cuando esté doradita la sacamos y dejamos enfriar. Desmoldamos pintamos con gel de brillo y sí querés le agregas coco rallado
