  7. Tapamos con un film transparente y metemos a la nevera. Dejamos macerar un par de horas.
  8. Una media hora antes de servir, pelamos y cortamos el aguacate en dados, y lo colocamos junto con el salmón. Añadimos el zumo de la otra mitad de la lima, removemos todo bien con cuidado para no romper mucho el aguacate y dejamos reposando en la nevera una media hora, hasta que lo sirvamos
