- 4 cucharadas aceite (cantidad dividida)

- 12 chiles de árbol
- 4 tazas agua
- 10 ajos
- 2 cucharadas orégano seco
- Para acompañar:
- Repollo picado
- Cebolla picada
- Limones
- Rábanos picados
- Tostadas
Instructions to make to make Pozole de hongos
- Abre la lata de maíz pozolero, estila el líquido y enjuaga varias veces.

- Ponlo a cocer en una olla grande, con el galón de agua. Cocina por una hora y media.

- Lava perfectamente los hongos, ya que casi siempre tienen tierrita.

- Pártelos en cuartos.

- En una sartén pon 2 cucharadas de aceite, los hongos y 2 cucharadas de consomé Knorr Suiza. Cocina por unos 5 minutos. Reserva.

- Lava los chiles y ponlos a cocer en 2 tazas de agua, junto con los ajos.

- Ponlos en la licuadora junto con su agua de cocción y el orégano. Muele perfectamente.

- En otra sartén pon las otras 2 cucharadas de aceite, cuela la salsa y cocina. Regresa lo de la coladera, agrega las otras 2 tazas de agua y vuelve a moler. Cuela. Agrega el consomé. Cocina hasta que hierva. Reserva.

- Ya cocido el maíz, agrega los hongos ya cocinados.

- Luego agrega la salsa.

- Deja que hierva a fuego lento por unos 15 minutos. Debe quedar caldoso. Prueba la sazón, si es necesario agrega más consomé.

- Sirve caliente. Riquísimo!!!!
